Lemon roasted Brussels sprouts

I made this tonight and it was tasty.

Preheat oven to 400.

Trim bottoms and outer leaves from brussels sprouts ( I used about a pound for both of us) Cut sprouts in half from top to base and place on a cookie sheet. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon over them, pour on some olive oil. Sprinkle with salt an pepper. stir them around on the sheet a bit to coat them. Put in oven for 10 minutes. Eat, enjoy, say good bye to horrible grey boiled brussels sprouts

I also had some trimmed asparagus spears on the cookie sheet. They came out good too.
