I can't speak to the mix, but brownies are one of the easiest baked goods to make from scratch, so I'd recommend just going that route. If the tofu is working out for you, the only other switch you'd have to make from any standard brownie recipe is to swap margarine (or smart balance or whatever you prefer for butter).

Here is a recipe I've used.. It's not exactly like non vegan brownies to me, but close. The whole blog is incredible. Not all would fit the "lazy" description.. but most are no-low fat and vegan! :o) and she will let you know if its not either of those. yum yum yum!
