New, question about brownies!
Good news everyone! I've joined to ask what your favorite vegan brownie mix is!
My girlfriend and I have been veggies for a little over a year now, and are going the way of the vegan now. We've been replacing the egg brownie mixes call for with silken tofu for a while now, but we want to make sure the rest of the mix we're using is vegan as well.
Our favorite up until now is the Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate brownie mix, but my gal thinks she remembers seeing milk pop up in the ingredient list.
