i'm a lacto-ovo weightlifting veggie coming to terms with the protein challenge. i eat eggs, tofu smoothies, protein shakes, and have just learned the usefulness of
pressing tofu.
thing is, i'm getting a little bored. i understand that tempeh and seitan are excellent sources of protein, however, my attempts at incorporating them into my meals have not gone well.
any favorite recipes or tips on cooking with these soy oddities?
