Our house is over run with bananas at the moment. My housemate has cooked two loaves of banana bread and I just did a dozen muffins. And we still have heaps of bananas left!
Bananas are awesome, naturally sweet and full of potassium, there are heaps of different varieties which can be used in all sorts of cooking. They also make an excellent egg
