no, really, a live frog is tossed into boiling water in this as far as I can tell. It's not.. graphic I guess.. but still really effing disturbing. Raving maniac. ETA: people are saying it's a fake frog, but he is obviously grabbing LIVE FROGS in the beginning so... whatever..

it's someone's refutation of a lot of benefits of vegetarianism. it seems bogus...but maybe i'm just biased.
