Vegan Atlanta

I'll be visiting Atlanta for a few days. I've checked Happy Cow and with friends, and I know I plan to visit Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe, R. Thomas' Deluxe Grill, Cafe Sunflower, and Soul Vegetarian (but need suggestions on which location to visit?). Also, any other suggestions about places to visit that are restaurants (soy free and gluten free are bonuses) and other places of interest (even just cool touristy things)?
