Your Favorite Charity?
So I'm getting married in October and my mother of all people (whos been the most traditional in planning everything) suggested that we do a donation to a charity for our favors and then just put a nice scroll all the tables to tell them about it.
I've never honestly had disposable money to donate before so I don't know where to begin.
Should I do something like the WWF has and adopt a specific member of an endangered species? I could enclose a picture with all the scrolls too this way to put a face to the aid. Maybe this would get people thinking of animals as individuals rather than just one mass or something?
Or should I do something to benefit the MOST animals I can? I don't even know where to look for this or how I would think someplace could go about this.
Or to somewhere like Farm Sanctuary or other rescue?
