More vegan awesomeness

I posted an entry a couple days ago about my friend who is opening his eyes to veganism and made a myspace comment about it. He's working at a vegetarian coffee shop and so he's been eating quite a few meals there as well. For those of you in New York, it's 'sNice, one location in Chelsea and one in Park Slope, Brooklyn. I've been to 'sNice in Chelsea. The tempeh reuben is pretty delicious.

But it doesn't compare to the tempeh reuben at Flore in Los Angeles. Cashew cheese...MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!
