They'll Accomodate Me - Now What?
Hello all,
I am working a company-sponsored conference in July, and on a chance I emailed my contact and asked if they ever get vegan meal requests. It's taking place at a hotel resort, with a main restaurant, a pizza shop and a pastry-type shop. I figured my chances were slim unless I wanted to eat salad all week, and was planning on hitting up this vegan deli on the way there to stock my hotel fridge. Quite surprisingly, I received a reply email saying they would be more than happy to accomodate me.
My contact asked me to email her what I would like, and after I pressed reply, my fingers just stopped. I have no idea what to ask. I'm a new vegan, and haven't had time to actually cook creative recipes, so I'm not really sure what I could suggest.
I would love any suggestions; this event requires me to entertain customers in the bar like every night (poor me), so some things that are good at soaking up alcohol would be excellent. I guess variations of omni dishes?
