As far as Second Life goes -- I like it, but I'm only on it about an hour every 2 months, if they're lucky! Lol. Its great, but like anything else -- IN MODERATION! :-p

I've heard that too. Its like World of Warcraft. For some reason some people can't seem to get enough and end up getting seriously addicted. I was addicted to Roleplaying chatrooms when I was younger, but I eventually grew out of it (it was unhealthy, I swear -- but that was my fault, not the chat rooms)

In my mind though, those people are trying to escape something and this is an outlet. Its not healthy, I know, but Second Life and WoW don't put nicotine in their product so you can't really blame THEM. (but oh! wouldn't it be weird if we found out they were using subliminal messaging?! *paranoia* lol! creepy!)

I know people who get horribly addicted to the SIMS. I tried it, and get bored of it really easy. I never understood why constantly making sure an adult man makes it to the bathroom before creating a puddle is entertaining :-P

I understand completely. My Mom gets into Entertainment Tonight and whatever those other shows are called that get blurred in together with that show. I can not believe sometimes the stupid things they put up there! The show is just one big commercial for the other, which talks about the same shit as the last one (I eat dinner at my folks once a week, and believe last week it was the wedding of Eva Longoria) wtf?! Who flippin' cares what her dress looked like or her guests ( ... )
