maybe you all can help me out...
I recently became vegan and lately I've been very bloated to the point of exhaustion. I drink water and it feels worse. I then have to skip meals, because it hurts to eat...I feel full all the time and since I skip meals I tend to feel weak. Now I have a headache and it feels like a hangover. Is it possible that you've been eating something to which you have an intolerance?

This really doesn't sound good - it may be worth having your doc check up.

I agree. It's doctor time, just in case.

Do you eat a lot of salt? Because I had the same thing, but when i stopped eating salt and very spicey foods it went away slowly.

I would suggest going on a very bland, limited diet briefly, like rice and some veggies that you ate before you felt this way and see if you feel better, and then start adding other stuff back in slowly. This sounds a lot like wheat intolerance to me, but I'm not a professional. You might also be eating a veggie that doesn't agree with you, so you might avoid broccoli, cabbage, and brussel sprouts (the classic offenders) for a while and see if that helps ( ... )

My friend and I both went through a period of time where we felt like this for a whole year. Well, for me it was more like constant bloating, stomach aches, heartburn, indigestion...she had all of that plus body aches and frequent vomitting.

In the end it turned out that I was experiencing side effects from my asthma medication, and when I switched to a different medication, my side effects went away. In the case of my friend, she had ovarian cancer and she didn't feel better until she had surgery and a year of chemo.

What I'm saying is that it could be harmless or it could be a big thing, and it may or may not be related to diet. Either way - go see a doctor!
