Alright I just used a fennel bulb in a casserole, and since I'm trying to stretch food, does anybody know of any recipes where I can use fennel stalks? Could it work in a soup stock or something? Thanks for any suggestions.

anyone have any good summer-friendly recipes that contain fennel? also, what are some foods that fennel particularly highlights??

I looked in the memories and found a small amount of recipes using fennel, but since its in season now I thought I'd make a post and ask if anyone has any great recipes for it.
