My daughter got an easybake over for her birthday, as we're primarily vegan and she has a dairy and egg allergy this means a lot of the premixed easy-bake mixes aren't an option for us. Any suggestion for what recipes we might be able to convert to something she could make in her new toy?

When we moved back to Britain at the end of March, we moved into my grandmother's house (she's in a nursing home). This is fab, and has a relatively new electric convection oven - about 3 years old.
