Hello! I've been asking a bunch of questions here lately, but I've also been cooking a lot of food. I figure I should share some recipes, not just ask for them, so here are some things I've made in the past few days:

Is it Ro-tel? Ro-tel is a canned mixture of both tomatos and peppers, and the usual can size is 10 ounces.

Although, I don't know if Ro-Tel is purely vegan or not. I've got a lot to learn.

I actually used garlic salsa, and I just added 3-4 heaping spoonfuls. I'm guessing they mean the small 10 oz cans of rotel tomatoes and peppers combined.

I keep having the shittiest time with fake nacho cheese sauces, is this really really good? Haha. :)

It's good in the way that the microwavable queso dips are good, i.e salty, gooey, and a little sharp. We really liked it! It was also awesome spooned on top of seasoned black beans, it was creepily like topping chili with cheddar cheese but actually way better.

you can def taste it, if you dislike nooch this might not be for you, but I don't think it overpowers the other flavors, esp if you use a really tasty salsa and other spices like turmeric, paprika, etc

Woah, this all sounds amazing. Lime flour tortilla chips -- awesome, especially since you spared it from the garbage! The amount of perfectly good food that gets thrown away makes me sick.

I'm going to try the tempeh recipe ASAP. Tahini, so simple but I didn't think of it for some reason! I generally marinate mine in soy sauce, hot sauce, tomato basil spaghetti sauce, a blend of spices (Montreal Steak, lol, I love it) garlic, and liquid hickory smoke. I'm afraid of getting sick of it though!
