I ended up with a huge amount of chopped green cabbage, and no idea what to do with it. Some of it I've turned into kimchi, and some of it I'm going to turn into cole slaw (with vegannaise), but that still leaves about 12 cups of chopped cabbage, just sitting on the counter. Any suggestions?
