Hey,
I hope this question is OK for this community. I have a box of mori-nu silken tofu in my fridge that's a month out of date. The stuff has such a long sell by date on it that I just buy it when I see it and toss it in the fridge for when I need some. Does anyone have any idea how likely this is to be off now? Or, alternatively, what silken tofu that has gone off is like? The long long sell by date makes me think it might be OK. I hate to waste food but obviously don't want to be ill.
Thanks!
