Vegan Chocolate Cake

It's suppose to be Red Velvet cake, but sadly I never am bold enough to put in enough beet juice,
and I don't have / want to use red dye. So, if you would like to experiment yourself with the coloring, feel free!
Otherwise, it makes a very nice, simply sweet chocolate cake.

mmmm I made red velvet cake for a new years party that I went to and it was amazing! I forgot how good it could be. I didn't have any red food dye (it was $15 for natural stuff, too, and beets in cake didn't sound too appetizing), so it was a funky color but that's alright because it was nummy!

:) haha I hear ya.
I don't think I would cook / bake nearly as much,
if there wasn't always 5 different guests in the house on a daily basis.
Downside, no quiet time.
