thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is coming up(Canadian) and I was wondering what your favourite Thanksgiving recipes are? I'd like to try some sort of thing that resembles turkey, but tofurky grosses me out.

mmmm i love mushrooms. im gunna have to try it. i dont think we have morningstar chicken strips here. were the strips you used breaded or plain?

I just made that gravy, using the vegetable broth recipe as well and it is very good. I make my own stuffing, too, so this is something my house will be smelling of this weekend!

I also want to try cypherwulf's faux chicken and mushroom dish! But I'm a gravy-ho, I'll put it on anything :-)
