Vegan baking in Japan
I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on doing some vegan baking in Japan. I just arrived here for a 3 month stay and I'm already craving some baked goods. I really want to make this recipe in particular: http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=6640.0
Do stores here have these ingredients? In every grocery store I have been in so far, I haven't really noticed a baking section like there is in American stores... Any advice would be very helpful!
