Ok - so in my CSA box this week I got to Artichokes. I have never - ever - seen a full artichoke prepared by someone for eating, only pre-canned or deli bought cut up hearts.
I'm excited for them, but realised, I have no idea what to do with them! I don't even know if the petals are edible.
I'm pretty adept in the kitchen, and have a large amount of ingredients to work with so... what are your favorite artichoke recipes requiring a full artichoke?
