Has anyone here had experience with freezing cupcakes (I'm making a bunch from VCTOTW)? If so, how do they rate? Do they defrost to normal texture and appearance? Do you freeze them iced or un-iced?
any experiences or tips would be greatly appreciated, even if its just "Don't freeze them, they turn out awful". =)
