hello! so I am desperately craving chocolate mole sauce and I want to make the VCON chile-chocolate mole sauce (p 210), only problem is I don't have a food processor or spice grinder..... :( any suggestions? just leave out the food-processed things or use ground equivalents?
the things that need to be ground are:
1/2 c almonds
1/2 c crushed tortilla chips
2 tblsp sesame seeds
1 teaspoon anise seeds
maybe a bag + hammer????
other favorite mole recipes (chocolate is necessary) that do not require a food processor or special chilies (do not has access to those either :( ) thanks!
