There's Bragg's Liquid Aminos if you're looking for a soy-free alternative you don't have to make. I find it at the natural foods grocer.

As far as alternatives to margarine go, there really isn't anything that's exactly the same. But, for toast and the like, you could go a la Dino (from the Vegan Freak podcast), and toast bread in a pan over herbed olive oil. Also, for baking just use oil.

For teriyaki sauce, you could probably use one of the soy sauce alternatives as a substitution in a regular teriyaki sauce recipe, like this one.

I had thought of mentioning Braggs also then looked it up and realized it's only gluten free, not soy free. It's made with soy beans :/
