I recently bought some frozen natto (Japanese fermented soy beans) from a local market on a tip they were super healthy and vegan. But I guess they're a bit too much of a shock to my western palate.
Does anyone have experience with natto and what would be good to combine with it to make it "yummy?"
I don't want to give up on it until I've given it a fair chance.
