I love the Biscuit Casserole Stew in the Vegan Family Cookbook. I can type it up if you are interested. My boyfriend calls it the Thanksgiving Casserole because it's so hearty and he thinks it tastes like a traditional Thanksgiving all in one pot. Sooo delicious. Potatoes and other veggies with biscuits that bake on top.

Sorry to be annoying (sigh... it's a frequent thing for me), but on the drop biscuits, I'm just making sure it's supposed to be 3/5 cup instead of 3/4 cup of olive oil? Thanks!

The book does say 3/5 c, I've always wanted to email or write them and ask if that was a typo but they always come out fine. I think I just do a 1/2 c + a little bit more.
