yogurt sauce - indian food

i have onathose big ol tubs of plain soy yogurt and i want to use as much of it as i can before it goes bad.

i was thinking of maybe trying out an indian dish that has a yogurt sauce?
does anyone have any experience with substituting dairy yogurt for soy yogurt in an indian dish?

Also, and more importantly, does anyone have any suggestions for a nummy recipe that i should try?
