I'm absolutely in love with black-bean hummus from Boloco. It has a more liquid texture than regular hummus, and is characterized by it's distinct PURPLE colour. I've had my hand in making hummus with chickpeas before, but I've never tried it with anything else. Has anyone tried this, or have any suggestions? Thanks!
