Candle Cafe Cookbook: Mediterranean Wraps

Hey all! I've seen some of you post about the Candle Cafe Cookbook, so I am assuming someone out there owns it. I was planning on making the Mediterranean Wraps tomorrow, but of course left the cookbook at my boyfriends house.

Would any of you mind posting the ingredients for me? I have made them before, so I remember the basic steps, but can only remember the main ingredients.
