Blackberry Mead & Honey Replacers
My boy and I are interested in making Blackberry Mead with the seasonal blackberries in our city. However, the mead recipe calls for 5lb of honey. Can we replace that with agave nectar, or is there something else it'd be better to replace it with? Would there be a difference in quantity?
