Whole wheat pear-oat muffins

If this looks vaguely familiar, I modified it from weizenwind's recipe for Apple-oat muffins.

I only use whole wheat flour, I wanted to get some flaxseed in there, and I had pears, not apples. I also changed the amounts of oil and milk a bit, and used soymilk instead of almond milk. And here's what happened:

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flaxmeal
1 cup oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
cinnamon
1/2 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup unsweetened soymilk
1/2 cup oil (I used olive oil just because it's the only oil I ever use in cooking...I know it sounds weird, but it tastes fine)
2 pears

Slice the pears into little pieces, mix everything together, and bake at 400 degrees F for about 15 minutes. They were really good.
