I usually love kale, so I'd been meaning for awhile to try a kale smoothie. Here's what I did:
2c. chopped, destemmed kale
1.5 bananas
soymilk
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
Blend, blend, blend forever. I blended it for such a long time but it still seems like it could stand to be a bit smoother.
Verdict: it's better than I thought it could be,
