Onion-Dill Baked Potato Chips!

So I'm sure you've figured out by now how badly I want a mandoline, since I mention it ...like...always.  But my brother was insisting that he makes potato chips in the oven using only a very sharp knife and a good deal of patience.  So... i tried it.  And they taste like normal chips!

Baked Potato Chips
3 small potatoes
spray oil
any spices you want (

I bet they have less fat and salt than store ones...they look yummy!

Those look great. I learned to make sweet potato chips once, which are something like these. You just dice some sweet potatoes into small chunks, toss them with olive oil and chili powder (or your preference), and put them in the over on about 400 until they turn gold (15 minutes or so).
