Well, I'm thinking again of going to culinary school. It was one of my top choices back in my high school "what the fuck am I going to do with my life?" period. It was eventually beaten out by theater, which went nowhere. I haven't done much cooking since then, work's been hell and then I was sick. *Sigh* But I'm going to work on it!
