i am so sorry to hear what you are going through. i didn't know that you and your partner are not together? when did that happen? im sorry if i missed in your writing.

thanks a lot for that..

it "formally" started this week the not communicating thing..

im don't really want to give out the details anymore like what i did with my previous partners, perhaps out of respect to him..

2nd day of not going to work, i wanna feel the pain more and start from there..

its really sad/gloomy for me and im taking it not so good but in time i hope really hope to be ok
