zomg bad_riding
Omg. I just saw Warhorse on Broadway. SUCH bad_riding. I mean, there was a WHOLE sequence where the kid taught the horse to rear!!!!111 SO DANGEROUS!! And those horses were like, definitely emaciated-- I could see right through them. And NONE of the people wore helmets, except, like, the German soldiers, and they weren't even the ones riding.
Also, I really don't think that tack fit well at ALL and they should get a fitter out asap!! And a vet and a chiropractor, because I think that "Joey" horse was totally lame in the right hind!! And they might as well get the dentist out, too, because I don't think those horses opened their mouths at ALL ever.

(*I loved it and it was fantastic and the puppetry is amazing and I kind of cried and the Joey puppet reminded me a whole lot of Sarge and everyone should go see it.)
