[After her first arrival to Vatheon Rayfell had found her 'twin' and always moved in with him, even if he was still a little kid...it was something she had to figure out about. Regardless though as soon as it got a little darker out she came out of the room, not wary of the sunlight at that point. Each day she seemed to see new people and today proves no different.

As she makes her way towards the fountains she spots the man fiddling with same device she has, he looks new...and wet from his arrival. With a small grin she approaches him and leans over him.]

New hm?

[He starts at the stranger's voice, scrambling backwards across the ground a few feet. The communicator slides a good stride away in his spazzing.]

AHHHhhhhhah... hah, um... hi there. Sorry.

[His voice is slightly wavering but it seems to be getting better as he collects himself. Or tries to collect himself. This woman is giving him a look that isn't providing any comfort.]

Heh... yes I'm not familiar with this place. Why, is it that obvious?

[Rayfell quirks an eyebrow as she watches the other scurry back like a scared animal. What was his issue? Walking forward a little more she puts her hands on her hips as she looks him over.]

Um...yes because most are soaking wet I just arrived a few days ago too. You okay?

Y-yeah, yeah I'm fine, ah... [Oh God she was walking closer. He backs up a little further and waves his hands sheepishly.]

S-sorry, I ah, I like my personal space. Thank you for asking... I didn't catch your name?

You're in Vatheon. [Sup dude.]

You use that to communicate.

Vatheon, hm? I've never heard of a place like this before...

[He fiddles around with the starfish.] I figured as much, but I just wish I knew how to work the damn thing. Does it work like a radio? And it has these floating pictures, I don't even know what to think about that, it really is nothing like fon technology...

He stops his rant short and clears his throat. Hah, my apologies. Where are my manners? [He extends a hand.] The name's Guy Cecil.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with a radio, or fon technology. The floating pictures are... a "video" function, if I remember correctly. It's all very strange.

[But... okay. Shaking hands. While he's not familiar with doing such back home, he's learned plenty about it here.] I am Oki, of the Oina Tribe.

"Video"... [He doesn't find it strange. In fact, he seems obnoxiously fascinated. Again. Thankfully he's back on topic in moments.]

Good to meet you, Oki. Would you know where I can find a place to lodge for the night?

Hn? A newbie? [Sven tossed a towel at him.]

Dry up.

What have you figured out for yourself?

[The sudden appearance of a towel in his lap startles Guy a bit, but he takes it without complaint. He shoots the stranger a greatful smile as he begins to shake his hair dry.]

Heh, nothing too useful, I'm afraid. [He spares a glance at the starfish.] This isn't technology I'm familiar with at all. It's a communicator of some sort, but I just can't get the hang of how it's supposed to work.

The technology is basic, it's not hard to figure out once you do. [And he's just a guy who makes gadgets.]

You're in a place called Vatheon. An underwater city if it isn't already obvious. Of course there's a newly installed elevator that leads to the surface, but the island is suspicious so no one stays there. You were brought here by the coral you see in the plaza that's half dead. It's borrowing your power to sustain the barrier you see around this place. There's a mark somewhere on your body proving so.

Sometimes the coral will lose control and something described as curses will happen. We're in the middle of one right now. Some of the residents have been aged up or de-aged.

[Anything else?]

It's not always guaranteed, but there's a chance you might already know someone from your world here. If that's the case you'll be able to find them on the contact list.

Hmm... [Tech's quite a hobby of his as well, but this isn't anything like the fonic technology he's used to... and he could be overanalyzing this little device in his excitement. His face flushes a bit.] Well if it is basic, I'm sure I'll be able to get it working sooner or later.

[The coral? He glanced behind his shoulder to look at the giant glowing formation in the center of the plaza. Given what he had been told already this evening, it did make some sort of sense.] Someone had mentioned to me that there was a "god" of sorts that ran things around here. [He nods his head in the direction of the coral.] I take it that's the god?

[Those curses don't sound too appealing. Although that explains why there's so many children around here... was there a possibility curses were permanent?

He starts at the last statement.] So, wait. Everyone has access to these communicators? [Fascinating. That's why there was such a multitude of people in the videos he had been viewing. That also meant that, if Luke was around here, Guy should be able ( ... )

[Luckily for Guy, Zelda is not one to get physically close to people unless necessary.]

That device is fairly complicated, isn't it?

[She's holding a towel out to him.]

[He hesitates a moment. Seeing as she's not getting any closer, he gingerly reaches out and takes the towel. He nods his thanks towards her.]

It is. I sure can't figure it out, although it seems everyone around here has one. I've already been told it's some form of communicator. I'm hoping to figure it out soon, although this is nothing like the technology I'm used to...

[He pauses, noticing that the woman in front of him isn't human (and rather entranced at the shape of her ears). Strange, he's never seen this species before...]

It took me awhile to figure out, but mine seems to be activated by thought. Perhaps yours is the same?

[She notices him staring after a moment and smiles sheepishly.]

Rather strange, isn't it? Where I'm from, humans are a rarity, but I haven't met a single Hylian here.

Ah...?

[He starts - had he really been staring?] OH no, nonono. [He waves his hands apologetically.] I didn't mean to imply you were strange in any sense - you are very lovely. I've just never seen a race like yours before. [He smiles warmly.] I hope you don't feel too out of place... humans are about all we have in Kimlasca and I'm sure that applies for others and their homelands as well. But I'm sure there are those that will treat you kindly regardless of how you appear.

[He sighs, shaking his head.] Ah, my apologies. I have been rather rude, haven't I? [He bows his head towards her.] Guy Cecil, at your service. I apologize for staring. And you are--?

[ Usually he would resemble a seventeen year old boy but for this specific event week that is going on at the moment, the boy was five years old, wearing an over sized shirt. He was also carrying a cat that was about half of his size. Yes he did manage to get away from his friend and the house he should be in right now. There's another guy sitting around. Well isn't that interesting? He's getting different vibes from him too. Don't worry too much Guy, he's just got a sixth sense. A really strong one so he can sense energies and feel ghosts and stuff. Nothing too fancy. ]

Hey are ya lost?

[ He mused. ]

[He glances up, catches sight of the humongous cat in the boy's small arms, and stifles back a chuckle.]

Hahah, you could say that. I've managed to get a little bit of help. Now I'm just trying to figure out how this thing works [He holds up the starfish with a rather exasperated look on his face.

He would attempt to pet the cat, but the small redhead looks rather protective of it... so he'll avoid that for now.]

My name's Guy - I'm kind of new around here. [He cocks his head and smiles at the boy.] And who might you be?

[ Well Eikichi isn't really that bit. He just looks huge because Kuwabara's really short. ]

I don't know anythin' about technology like that.

[ He replied bluntly...looking at it. He produces his own. He ran off with it without realizing. He could pet the cat. Kuwabara likes it when his cat is pampered and Eikichi enjoys being pampered so yeah. ]

G-Guy huh? Kuwabara, Kazuma! [ He replied almost a little too loudly but he's a loud kid. ]

[Regardless, it still looks rather funny and Guy can't help but be amused by it. He reaches over to stroke the cat's head... and flinches a little when the boy's eager introduction raises a pitch too high for comfort. He shakes his head and laughs.]

Haha, nice to meet you... and your cat. Does it have a name? [He notices the communicator in the boy's hands - did everyone have one of these?] Ah, don't worry about this ol' thing. I'll figure it out sooner or later!

[He pauses, his brow furrowing as a thought pops into his head.] I do have a question for you, though, Kuwabara. What are you two doing out so late? It's rather dark out right now - are your parents nearby?
