Gold isn't out causing mischief, he isn't out trying to get treats, and he surely isn't trying to go find anyone to spend time with. Gold has been isolated for quite some time and he finally decided it was going to be quite fine to come outside. It was fall- and the weather was beautiful as the sun was setting.
"Hey, hey Typholosion!" He pat the creature as it rumbled at a local in a ghost sheet costume. "It's just a local. It's alright.."
