Heavy noticed his fellow RED immediately. Clearly he was in good spirits, but something was still off about the Russian man. "Doktor, it is good to see you! I trust you've been keeping well?" while his accent was still noticeable, it was easy to tell that he was speaking nearly flawless English, instead of the broken version that came out of his lips.

I've spoken English for as long as I can remember, and even I do it. XD

"What do you mean, Doktor? Do I not look well?" he's totally out of it. Sorta. He knows the hat is making him act funny, but he can't really show it...except for a few times. "Because I feel fine."
