[So guess who else has smelled this meat that's cooking there? One baby Shinx belonging to Cheren. Don't mind her walking over to see what that smell is all about, N. Cheren and the rest of the newer additions to his team--Gible, Starly, and Espeon--are following a short ways behind her (the rest of his team is kind of chilling in their Pokeballs)]

[ She is definitely noticed and gets a smile. ]

Hello, beautiful. If you wait a little while, you can have some, too.

[ He glances up. ]

...as long as it is all right with Cheren.

[Shinx responds with a happy little 'Shiiii!' and a few small sparks of electricity. She's still learning how to control it, okay; it's harder when she's excited.]

It's fine with me. Not a lot, of course, but a bit won't hurt.

Careful, little one. This one's still small, and your sparks will hurt him.

[ Though right now the kit seems more concerned with falling asleep, bottle still in its mouth.

I'll get some, then, when they're done.

[Red is sitting at the front stairs of their beach house. He's just writing in his diary as he enjoys the scent of meat passing by.

Man, he's hungry too... (He couldn't help but draw a piece of hot steak at one side of that page--)]

[ N is focused on his little friend, though he glances up and smiles at Red once or twice. ]

[Whenever Red feels eyes on him, he looks up towards N as well. Each smile is well-returned.]

... I'm happy that your new baby seems to have hatched well.

He is.

How is yours doing?

[Do you mind someone crashing?

Because he totally did. While N had vanished inside the house, this little guy appeared. And he might have helped himself to adding something to the grill.

It was fish. Nom nom nom fish. Sitting on his head was a small crab.]

Hello?

[ What strange creature is this? He does not seem to mind the fish. ]

[It's Zorua who leads the way to this, curious and perky--Minato, hands tucked into his pockets and slouching back as per usual, is a direct contrast to this energy. Either way, he follows, and his expression grows more familiar when he sees N, though he doesn't say anything yet, simply watching the Zorua head right on up to N fearlessly.]

[ When he sees the Zoura, and Minato behind, N perks up. He stays surprisingly quiet, but that is because he now has a very stuffed, very asleep kit in his arm. He eases the bottle away and then places it on the ground, so that he can offer his free hand to the Zorua that came with Minato. His voice is soft as he speaks. ]

Hello, little one. Aren't you gorgeous?

[Minato remains silent, though the Zorua seems pleased, tail briefly wagging and muzzle lifted. As for Minato, he seems content to watch, always pleased to see N in a position he is comfortable and content in.]

Minato's been taking good care of you, hasn't he? I knew he would.

[ N looks up at Minato at that, grinning at him fondly. ]

[Oh man. That smells good.

Soon enough, you have Ammy nearby, drooling endlessly........]

If you stay until it's done, I'm sure there will be enough for you, too.

[Hooray!! Ammy barks, jumping up and down excitedly.]
