[You probably don't know the girl in the Plaza shivering from being drenched right about now. She's got very odd genetics, for one thing; misty-colored hair with eyes the same tone. There's also a big stuffed pink rabbit with floppy appendages and a creepy grin tucked under her arm, and a red string twined around her hand, the type that has no beginning or end and is just one long, continuous piece.
At the moment, she isn't really doing much of anything. Not going to get dry clothes, and not even really walking around. Instead, she's staring up at the ocean above her, holding the plush rabbit protectively close and occasionally letting her gaze flick down to the unusual architecture around her.
Perhaps you're not looking where you're going and bump into her, or simply find it odd that someone so clearly new isn't automatically panicking or trying to find out more about their situation, but staring up like watching a solar eclipse or something. Either way, please do engage.]
