Yes. Unfortunately, this is a side effect of Vatheon. Curses happen every so often that can and do change for a week. [Riza ends up doing a loop in the air, studying him from an upside down POV. I have little reason to lie.

I was first here about January for about three months. I was then returned home and drawn back in two months ago, after several years back home had passed.

I'm unsure at the moment. Insofar as I can tell, it's part holiday, part work. There's been a curfew imposed that leads me to believe this city is not as safe or friendly as it seems.

The Colonel's been here, once. [It's awkward calling General Mustang a Colonel again. :(] He left two months into my stay. Edward and Alphonse have been here before, but only Edward has returned, with no memories it seems.
