Where in the world…?
Just as she utters her first words and sits up, she feels her clothes clinging slightly to her skin, the way they often do when they are wet or damp. She feels it everywhere, in fact, and, though she is mildly disgusted, she tugs at her pink cardigan with both of her hands, just to feel the moisture for herself. It takes a

What? I didn't do it!
[It finally hits Junpei that Yukari is here in Vatheon.]
Whoawoahwoah! Yuka-tan! Did you just get here or somethin'?

Just as she thought. He is here. Yukari makes a disbelieving face at him, and folds her arms.
Of course I just got here. Why are you even surprised at this? ...and where is 'here', anyway?

Oh. Right. "Here" is Vatheon. [Junpei makes a grand gesture to everything around] Vatheon is this underwater bubble city. It's not really as cool as it sounds, though. The locals are kinda creepy, but everything's free. The only problem is, we don't get'ta choose when we go home. People come 'n go all the time here.

She motions to her clothes, starting to wring out any of the water as she possibly can, becoming more frustrated. It's even worse when she finally starts squeezing it out of her hair. And everything being free-yeah, right. What kind of dream world is he living in, anyway?
And what do you mean, we don't get to choose when we go home? We can't just stay here!
...come to think of it, why is he talking like he's been here for ages?

[Junpei eyes Yukari's clothing, lingering on her chest area a bit too long. He shakes his head and clears his throat.]
We're stuck here. If we could get back home, I'd go in an instant! This place gets pretty boring sometimes. Except for that one time with the dinosaurs! That was AWESOME!

She repeats the word, flabbergasted. She's seen a lot of weird things, she's fought Shadows and everything imaginable--but this? She had to be dreaming. Stuck here? With him?
You've gotta be kidding me. We can't just live here, we've got responsibilities--Shadows, school. Or have you forgotten about the Abyss of Time--being trapped, in our own dorm?
...although, she supposes they weren't trapped, anymore. Huh. Well, that was one way out of it. As long as everyone else made it here too... she looks around, wondering if she'll see more familiar faces.
Please, let there be more familiar faces...

Never mind. Just tell me where I can get some dry clothes, and I'll sort this all out.

[Junpei looks confused at the mention of the Abyss of Time]The Abby-what?

She looks puzzled. Where had she gone then? Where had the Abyss sent her? ...she looks at him and folds her arms, thinking he's playing dumb at first, but suddenly...there was something about the expression he had on his face.
...you... really don't know what I'm talking about, do you?

Nuhuh. Care to explain?

...i-it's a long story.
She pauses for a moment, somewhat awkwardly. She gets the feeling he wouldn't believe her anyway, so she decides to hold off for now. At least maybe until she can figure out just when he had come here and under what circumstances.
Um, how... how long have you been here, exactly?

She sighs. This is the Junpei she remembers, all right, although it really feels like she's stepped back in time when she talks to him.
...I'm going to go find some dry clothes for now, okay? I can't stay in this. She looks down at herself. Hopefully I have some money on me or something...
She sees some shops and vendors with clothes on display--a familiar sight, to be sure, as she used to enjoy shopping--and approaches one of them. She's not really paying attention to whether Junpei has followed her or not.
It doesn't seem to be a big city anyway--even if he hasn't, she's sure they'll run into each other again.
