[Hello hello, Vatheonites! It's a seemingly pleasant enough day after the dino infestation. Look, the ocean's all clear and the birds are chirping and-

And another. And another and another. One more, two more, three more, four-- well, a lot of bubbles.
As you approach the center plaza, they seem to multiply in number and you may noticed bubble wands of every shape and size left lying around on every surface- with the appropriate bubble-making concoction nearby too. There may even be the faint whiiiiirrrrrrrrr of a bubble-blowing machine that's probably the cause of the bubble infestation.
Was this done on purpose or out of carelessness?
