It is. Started out as just a bunch of illustrations - the story came afterward. I was gonna read Jurassic Park, but I don't think we've lost our minds that much just yet. And I haven't seen any velociraptors or tyrannosaurs yet.

Which is why it's so odd to find Ban sitting there reading. Pausing in the isle by where his table is, Rider tries to figure out if she should reveal herself or simply walk away.]
[No need; the Epidexipteryx notices her first, and gives a warning squawk...right into Ban's ear. Twitching, he flicks the dinosaur's snout, then glances over. He smiles when he sees Rider standing in the aisle, and then turns back to his book, though not without a few words to his shoulder buddy.]
This's your only warning; you snap at or bite her, and I'm kicking you off my shoulder for good.
