He stopped short, shaking his head dismissively at the drenched stranger before him. Hiten tossed her a towel from a stand as he casually sipped his smoothie - he was in a rare mellow mood today, so he didn't feel the need to provoke a fight.

"'Sup, freshmeat?"

She easily caught the towel but just held it and frowned at him. "Why do you say that? I don't even know where I am."

"Because that's what you are...anyone here can tell you're new. A soaked piece of freshmeat." He shrugs casually.

"Should dry up - you're gunna be here a while."

She pauses before starting to press the towel onto her kimono.

"So this isn't unusual? What makes you think I'm staying here?"

"Nope, happens to everyone that comes here..." He watches inattentively. "You don't have a choice sweetheart."

Hiten lazily points up...and extends his arm around.

"You're surrounded by the ocean. Welcome to Vatheon."

Sango shot him a glare before looking where he indicated. Her eyes widen and she gasped in shock.

"Wh-what...? What's going on here?!"

He makes a 'huff' sound to her glare, then a smirk appears.

"I'm only telling you after you apologize for that nasty look you gave me." He takes another slurp of his smoothie, only now he's amused.

"I'd be glad to help you out, sweetheart." He casually bows at the waist in a respectable manner. "As soon as you apologize for your erratic behavior." Then...he ruins it all with a smirk.

Sango was getting really annoyed at how condescending he was acting and was making no effort to hide her frown despite his words. The smirk was just icing at this point.

"And I might ask you for an apology for the way you've been speaking."

Oh and that's the Hiten we all know and love. He arches a curious brow at her, sighing before slinging his arm around her shoulder and guiding her through the hectic city.

"You're the one that hurt my feelings - you're in Vatheon."

She seems rather annoyed by this but was taken too much by surprise to resist him just yet.
