First, thanks for all the support. This turning out to be really hard on most of us that knew Kauri and it's not going to get better. I appreciate everyone.

Yesterday Keenu, Kauri's ex husband, was spotted in New Mexico. He was driving Kauri's car. Some police officers saw him and knew he was being sought on manslaughter charges. After a pursuit by the police he apparently wrecked the car on purpose. He is in critical condition right now, and that's the latest news I've heard.

I have to admit I feel like I'm falling down a rabbit hole. This kinda shit happens to other people, or so it seems. We haven't even really seen anyone, and other than a few phone calls a day from people, there has been no outside contact. If not for Kim with me here right now, I'd feel completely alone. Tomorrow we're supposed to plan a memorial at the warehouse where Peter lived with Kauri. I'm not sure I want to or can go there right now.
I don't even really want to be at my own house right now.
