Although I still read LJ obsessively, it has been quite some time since my last update. So here goes.
So, school. School is going well. I have a couple of lame classes this semester [i.e. Departmental Survey of English Literature starring Beowulf himself!] that are required for my major... but I have a dope art history class to make up for it.
I got my Broken Social Scene ticket today, and Metric is on Saturday. Hot damn! The Stars show was sold out, which resulted in the shedding of a few tears, but I'll live. I now have about $15 to last me indefinitely. I need a job.
I bought a pack of menthol cigarettes the other day thinking that it would be like inhaling cool minty-ness. To my dismay, they are just like regular cigarettes that make your lips feel cool. How foolish of me.
I just finished reading my first Bret Easton Ellis novel. How do those crazy kids afford all that cocaine? That's what I'd like to know. I need some new scintillating books to read... any suggestions?
