I decided to start posting my (very simple and often affordable) food recipes with pictures here so that I can come back to them later. And perhaps someone else will be able to use them too in case of emergency : D Only in Finnish though, at least until I've gathered more kitchen vocabulary in English.

What? You're turning veggie? Or what? : D Won't be a problem now that I have that tofu cookbook and another one with vegetarian recipes, and Hanna-Riikka introduced me to TSP (Textured Soy Protein)! Fun.

Oh, sorry, I'm so ignorant. Or just forgetful. I've been tempted by vegetarian diets mostly for the ecological benefits, but then again I do like some meats... I guess eventually cutting down on meat will be enough of a good deed, and certainly possible! What have been your reasons for being vegetarian? Sorry if I've asked this before. ^^;

My mom told me I saw my grandmother making soup one days as I was young. you know with this big bone, meat on it xD uaaah since that day I do not eat meat xD
