My knee felt a little tight, but decided to try a run this morning anyway.

Stretched out good, and did my weekly weigh-in. Came in at 210 pounds. So, I'm up half a pound from last week, but my eating was pretty bad this weekend with company at the house and all. Take-out chinese, beer, wine, ice cream, waffles, and grilled T-bones certainly didn't help.
